Cephalopholis leopardus, also known as the Leopard grouper or Leopard hind, is a species of marine ray-finned fish, a grouper from the subfamily Epinephelinae which is in the family Serranidae which also includes the anthias and sea basses. It is found in the Indo-Pacific.

Two small red-brown hinds of coral-rich reefs. Leopard Hind always has a large dark brown saddle on top of the tail base, with a smaller one behind it, and its head is covered in red-orange spots. Darkfin Hind has no saddle: its body darkens towards the rear, and two white to bluish-white bands on the tail converge towards the edge.
