The red-lined wrasse, two-spotted wrasse or biocellated wrasse, Halichoeres biocellatus, is a species of wrasse native to shallow tropical waters in the western Pacific Ocean.

Young Slender Groupers copy the harmless Red-lined Wrasse, in colour and in the way they swim, to get close to prey. Look at the mouth: the grouper's is large, its lower jaw jutting past the upper. The wrasse stays small (12 cm), with a small mouth, and its young and females carry two white-ringed dark spots on the dorsal fin. The grouper grows into a 65 cm adult, pale reddish-brown dotted with orange and striped in pale silvery blue.
